1. What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Free Shipping within the United Kingdom for all orders. There are no shipping fees, regardless of the size of your order. We process orders within 1-3 business days and deliver within 5-10 business days.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is processed, it typically takes 4-7 business days for transit, with a total delivery time of 5-10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your order's progress through the courier’s website.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel it. You may initiate a return once you receive the item.
6. How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer if you’ve made an incorrect purchase.

7. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, but if your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at Support@styleclave.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or a refund.
8. How do I know what size to order?
We offer a size guide on each product page to help you choose the right size. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us, and we can provide additional guidance. You can also consult customer reviews, as they often contain helpful sizing feedback.
9. Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we do not offer gift cards, but we’re always working on new ways to improve your shopping experience, so stay tuned for updates!
